This salad is the result of my trip to the farmer's market.
Winter Farmer's Market Salad
Recipe:2 cups mixed winter greens (mine were spicy, definitely had arugula in there)
1 orange cut in segments
1/4 cup walnut halves toasted
2 Tbsp ginger sesame dressing (my favorite is Maple Grove Farms)
Makes 1 big serving, approximately 300 calories
